Himalayan Salt Rectangular Grilling Slab

Salt Slabs are one of the best cooking and serving surfaces and they provide a complex and amazing salt flavour without being overbearing.

They are easy to use and maintain and they make you look really sophisticated when you serve food on them.

Size: 20 x 10 x 2.5cm (8 x 4 x 1 inch).

Instructions:

Salt Slabs can be used on gas and charcoal grills, stove and ovens.

Start with low heat and work your way up slowly till the salt slab is at 550 Fahrenheit, raising the heat every 10-15 mins this will stop the slab from cracking under the intense heat.

Once the salt block is at 550 Fahrenheit you can begin cooking, select one side to cook on and continue to use the chosen side for future reference.

When finished just wash it off with a damp cloth and store in a clean area (don’t use soap to clean slab).
